I'm Stuff - This is so sad :(

Panels 7 and 8 draw most of their elements from an older meme called "Mom Can You Give Me Money." In the original context, the generic character would ask their mother for money, and when asked if it was for one purpose, they would assure them that it was, only for it to actually to be for another. Low quality frog jpegs were sometimes used in the more surreal takes on this meme. Note that the order is altered here.

The text in Panel 8 that shows what the mother is saying, to my knowledge, is the most origianl bit of content in this meme. It is largely there as a transition between the "Mom Can You Give Me Money" portion of the meme and the "Go to Horny Jail" meme referenced in panel 9. This is where the picture of the dog with a bat comes from, as they are typically shown physically attacking people who are guilty of horny behavior, causing their faces to become distorted.

The last panel, #10, draws from the earlier use of the "I'm stuff" meme, which often used this same image of Robert Downey Jr commenting on the situation in a somewhat detached way.
