A LTE 15:25 Howdy. I need a home.. With my horse & 4 pigs. Yep. Impacts from covid, a real d--- of a landlord/roommate, and the OR wildfires have left my life a little bit in disarray .. And what that means is that I am able to solidly committ to about 800$ per month for rent. What I need is a cute, small cottage on a small acreage that will allow me to jump back into my cottage industry crafts, furniture upcycling & antique/vintage sales, online content creation & writing. I need a place that is conducive to a type A personality who has recently undergone trauma to regroup and begin anew. As things pick up for me I will be able to pay more for rent .. And will be happy to be able to do so for the right semi-permanent spot (meaning I want a long- term minimum 2 year ability to stay). I will be able to increase my income fairly quickly once I am situated. I need to not be in a roommate situation .. I need my own small dwelling with its own surrounding space. It would be great to have a bathtub and laundry in the cottage. I like to greenhouse garden year round. I am looking forward to training my horse this spring and going trail & beach riding this summer. My pigs are trained, polite house pigs; they spend their days going in & out and at night they cuddle up with me in bed. They are curious but non destructive. I may get a couple of fish and if needed for rodent control, a cat, please. May this ad find the right person to fulfill this wish and need of mine. Love & Light.
