So Skryre and the Grey Seers may have gotten into a small pissing match about whether technology or magic was better, which led to the Grey Seers pulling Morrslieb out of orbit and closer to earth and Skryre may have then shot said Chaos moon with a giant cannon.

This may or may not have caused the Lizardmen to go extinct, wiped Lustria of the map and killed off the vast majority of Skaven.
