I feel the only reason why this has so many downvotes is because of the black woman on the side who has her arms crossed with a stern look, which makes it feel like a lecture that make men feel bad/talked down to. this would be several times more effective if the message was by itself

This is excellently crafted bait. Sassy looking woman with a confrontational posture staring at the viewer while talking down to them about something a large group of people identify with.

To the men who felt targeted by this, keep being you. Strong men who lead their families and communities are found in every page of history, so it's only natural to look up to them. Know your limits and if you can't be like them, there's nothing wrong with trying to be your best. Encourage others that want to be great and if someone doesn't, then leave them be with their struggles until they ask for help.
