Music- So you can (hopefully) create good songs yourself.
Language- We need to learn more languages. From what I've heard, the average European knows two.
English- Do you want to use the couple of words you learned in kindergarten your whole life?
History- History repeats itself, if you do not learn from it, you are destined to repeat it.
Math- Almost every job requires some form of mathematics, and calculators aren't always going to be available.
Spelling- You need to know how to write your own language.
