On August 13th, 2024, TMZ^[1] published paparazzi photos of Jaden Smith with influencer Khleopatre on a yacht in Ibiza. The report claimed that the two were being intimate and that Smith had been with his long-time girlfriend, Sab Zada, a week earlier. "Jaden and Sab, a model/singer, had been together since 2020 … but based on what we're seeing here, it seems something's changed," the report read.

On August 13th and 14th, viral tweets^[2][3] reposted the images of Smith and Khleopatre, spreading the news.

Early on August 14th, 2024, X^[4] user @syrecomfort tweeted, "Dumbass @jaden," gaining over 1 million views and 6,200 likes in a year.

An hour later, X^[5] user @Kano_132 quote-tweeted a reply to the abovementioned tweet that asked for more context. @Kano_132 attached a mirror selfie photo of Jaden Smith and Sab Zada, captioned, "He cheated on Sab Zada. The girl in the picture." Over one year, the post gained over 10.6 million views and 77,000 likes.
