A CEO got fired, after a disgruntled African American woman's colleague, who was transferring the CEO's data from his phone to another phone, discovered this image, with the top caption "IT's FRIDAY N----!!!" I believe this is a key step for all black people worldwide. It goes to show that many people are better than this woman. As this woman regressed, everyone else progressed.

It has nothing to do with race. The picture was clearly most likely taken in a third world country where these things actually happen. It is a clever joke contrasting success over problems between first and third world countries.
