Please know that we are not lazy. Our bakers work all night six nights a week in 100+ degree weather in our oven room. Our tomato pie is made ahead of time at the beginning of the day since it is traditionally served at room temperature. We have no way of knowing who will walk into our bakery and purchase one or more entire 24-cut sheets of our tomato pie and on days that we run out, it is often the case of walk-in customers purchasing the mother lode without calling ahead to order so we make more. But on the flip side of this coin, we often have many many sheets of tomato pie left over at the end of the day. On these days we donate the product to the various soup kitchens around the area, but on some days, we have so much product left over, that we cannot even get rid of it all with donations and sadly it ends up in our dumpster. If we had a crystal ball that really worked well, both of these polar opposite days would not exist. So, we do the best we can. If you would like us to put tomato pie aside for you on any given day, please don't hesitate to call us at 518-372-1875 and we will happily save you whatever you'd like for pick-up later in the day. Hi everyone, I know it's nice out but can everyone please close your windows when cooking meat. As a vegan runner, it's always hard for me this time of the year when the weather gets nice. Several nights a week I am out running around dinner time and when people have their own windows open I can smell what they are cooking. I have noticed a sharp up kick recently in smells of folks cooking meat and it can be quite overpowering. Quite honestly the odor is offensive and I'm hoping our community can have some empathy for its #plantbased neighbors by closing their windows if they are cooking meat and only putting vegetables on their barbecue. I don't want to be a stereotype so I won't go into detail on why the odor of cooking animals is offensive but I encourage you to do your research and join the movement. Thank you in advance

1 review 4 months ago I paid for my pizza here and left an honest review on how they took a party that was after me. They told me to get over it while I was pregnant but reported the comment on yelp to hide their poor business ethic. I came to location not only once but twice and had the same rude customer service and l'm not going to even comment about the food. Don't tell a person to get over it when your deleting honest reviews. I'm sure you have gotten complaints before that you deleted. If you don't want to run a business and get a honest review then don't try to bully a pregnant woman. This won't be the last complaint that this restaurant will have there's other customers that agreed that it was so wrong for their staff to do that. 2 Response from the owner 4 months ago We are so sorry you are having such a hard time putting this experience behind you. We apologized for the incident last summer when it happened but clearly it is still troubling you all these months later. It is apparent that you do not understand how review sites work, but we do not have any control over which reviews stay and which are deleted. We don't pay for advertising or preferential review sorting on any platform. We truly hope you can find a way to get over this unfortunate misunderstanding and move on with your life.
