"No Matter How I Look at It, It’s GameFreak's Fault I’m Not Popular!"

It's kind of weird that Hex Maniac hasn't actually been used that much by The Pokemon Company. She last appeared in a main series game back in 2014's ORAS, appeared on a single Trading Card back in 2015, showed up in a panel of Pokemon Adventures Chapter 553, and had an achievement named after her in Pokemon GO. Considering how big Pokemon is, that's not a lot.

Considering how some trainer classes are reused in almost every major game (Ace Trainers, Hikers, Scientists, Swimmers, Youngsters, etc.), it feels strange that such a widely beloved trainer class is given little official attention.
