They show on the outside what they lack on the inside, much like poochyena who had that cutesy avatar, but was nothing like it, though at least he never told anyone to kill themselves (though I do recall him trying to one-up random KYM users over a serious topic that I believe involved dead people, so he was not far away from the spirit of this image).
