2 reviews 4 months ago The service was horrible we waited for are appetizers for almost a hour and a half. We talked to the owner and she said that our order hasn't even been started. She said if you don't wanna wait longer you can leave. We were shocked and we got up and left. We will never come back to this place again not to mention it was mother's day today. Response from the owner 4 months ago We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at our restaurant. You did not make a reservation, though we tried accommodating you to the best of our ability under the premise that there would be a wait since Mother's Day is one of the busiest days of the year. We apologize for the miscommunication, but you had come up to us requesting that the food be made immediately because your children were running around the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not able to fulfill the request due to the capacity of the kitchen and your main dishes had not been started because your table was still waiting for the rest of your appetizers to be served. We offered to cancel the rest of your order if you could not wait. Your family subsequently left without paying for the three appetizers that were served and consumed. We pride ourselves in running this business with love in both food and service, though there are circumstances that we acknowledge that we cannot control. Thank you for expressing your experiences as we are always working to do better for our customers.
