f------ genwunners blinded by nostalgia, why can't they just move the f--- on? How can people still enjoy Pokemon when they refuse to change anything about it? The combat system in red/blue was dated when it came out, and yet its still exactly the same 20+ years later. You just steamroll through the game with your extremely OP and overleveld starter, using the same move over and over thousands of times. There's absolutely no challenge at all, a 5 year old can master it in the very first battle. Why won't they make a real time combat system that actually requires skill? Or at least SOMETHING deeper than this? They can't just change it like that because then it wouldn't be Pokemon anymore.
