So, I thought this was going to be an easy thing to make.

Boy, was I wrong!

First of all, I had to create the background by compiling and editing three separate partial frames which I got by creating and frame splitting three separate gifs; because at no point in the entirety of Examtaker is there a purely empty background, not a single, individual frame.

And then I decided to try and experiment with motion blur, and by the Circle, the Smudge tool was the most jank ass tool I have ever used.

You had to make the entire change in one go, or made sure that each separate part did not connect. This is because the smudge tool does not overlap with previous edits, meaning that instead of one uniformed distortion, you had this ragged edge.

It also had the wonderful habit of just erasing parts of the image because it could.
