You know how in cartoons the characters can perform completely illogical and contrived things such as painting a hole on the ground, that then becomes an actual hole, that can also somehow be picked up.

Or how characters can survive large explosions, getting shot point blank etc. With it not affecting them at all besides covering them in black ash/dust ?
