Supper Mario Broth @MarioBrothBlog In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, the unassuming-looking Jojora is the most powerful entity in terms of sheer toughness, having 999 defense and a unique "full resistance to all attacks" ability that result in many players not even knowing she can be defeated at all. This is Jojora. She is an ice fairy who is fought as part of the Joke's End boss battle. These are Jojora's stats: HP: 50 POW: 130 SPEED: 105 DEF: 999 (internal maximum is 1000) LEVEL: 99 (maximum possible) Full resistance to JUMP Full resistance to HAMMER Full resistance to HAND Immunity to all status effects Full resistance to an attack type means the enemy only takes 1 damage from that attack. Jojora is the only enemy in the game who has permanent full resistance to all attack types, which means she has to take damage 50 times to be defeated*, regardless of how high the player's power is. Even Cackletta, the final boss, can be defeated in only a few hits with enough power, but Jojora cannot. As such, the mere fact that she can be defeated at all is missed by most players, with the battle ending with her fleeing without being defeated. The signature of Charles Martinet, the voice actor for Mario (as well as Luigi, Wario, Waluigi and many other characters) in most games, contains a small face with a mustache, representing Mario and all the othe mustachioed characters he voices. てづかたか( The signature of Takashi Tezuka, veteran Nintendo game designer who was, among others, director for Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island, as well as a producer of dozens of later Mario games, contains an original plant that appears to be a cross between a Piranha Plant and a Special Heart from Yoshi's Story. Shigeru Miyamoto's Japanese signature contains a design inspired by the Fire Flower. Note that the vast majority of the time he signs using his English signature: so the Japanese version is encountered much more rarely. Fawful, the character speaking, is attempting to say that he has made a statue go crazy, or "nuts", but his peculiar speech pattern results in this sentence that is famously taken out of context. This is an unedited illustration from an officially licensed 1995 set of Mario-themed quiz cards that cover a variety of real-world topics like politics and religion. You may have also seen other illustrations from the set, such as ones of Mario practicing various different religions, or protesting for civil rights. COM OOPS. This is a battlefield. Even now, on this barren earth war continues.ool This is a panel from a 1996 German Club Nintendo comic, where Mario inadvertently causes destruction in New York. The original speech bubble in German translates to "Oops, it's cramped in here!", but the illustration is unedited. This screenshot is taken directly from the ending of Yoshi Topsy-Tury, where Yoshi reacts this way to the suggestion of being given a feast instead of having his island freed of a curse.
