you mean black Americans, we don't have the same race relations that the Americans have. we do have freemen who were given land after fleeing America, as far as I'm aware however most of our black population are migrants, mind you my family half yardie. there is certainly some conflict but we do not regularly have the same amount of abuse the united states have from the information I've seen
Now if you wanted to talk about native persons, that would be another story certianly more of a mistreatment issue in the west half of the country. Though this is different to moonlight walks or discreditable conduct.
