Guilty Gear Strive's music does this phenomenally, like how Leo's theme is about his survivor's guilt or how Ino's explores her disassociation with reality. Ramlethal's is amazing because it covers her whole character arc through Xrd. There are so many tiny details and symbolism, like how the lyrics start in Esperanto, an artificial language.
