Context:
There were unconfirmed reports that a Russian Military Munitions Depot had exploded in the Belgorod Region of Western Russia, near the Ukrainian Border. It is unclear what the explosion was caused by; State Media reported it as a result of "human error", but also reported attacks from Ukraine that injured 4 servicemen.
Either way, the depot in the above video appears to be a Complete Loss.
