In Super Mario 64 DS, it is possible to cause the Chill Bully boss to self-destruct by making it stand on a crate. This disables its self-preservation AI, causing it to walk off the edge of the arena and die.

OXO In Super Mario 64 DS, there is a crate near the start of the course in Snowman's Land. It can be Throwing the crate onto the arena from the ledge with the tree will cause the crate to land next to the Chill Bully. Then, approach the boss. used to cause the Chill Bully boss to self-destruct. If the Chill Bully touches the crate, it will briefly climb on top of the crate. This will cause a glitch in its Al. After standing on the crate, the Al of the Chill Bully loses the self- preservation routine that would normally cause it to avoid ledges.
