STILLWATER, Okla. - Several Stillwater Public School parents are demanding the district ban certain books from the school libraries. They said some have highly explicit sexual material. Parents addressed their concerns at a recent school board meeting. Parents approached the podium with a list of novels. A few books they want gone are "The Truth about Alice" and "Me, Earl and the Dying Girl." Parents called the content highly sexual, not educational. "I don't know who is in charge of our libraries, how books get in there, or who checks them, but this is just not appropriate," Karen Flack said.

Now imagine the immense shock and surprise when my 12 year old son tells me he found this loaded pistol with a bullet in the chamber in your Arby's bathroom in Garner. Let me warn you guys right now, this email is just the begining, a police report is next and will be followed by litigation. My TWELVE YEAR OLD SON found this loaded pistol in YOUR ARBYS BATHROOM. and I know he isn't lying because he seen the kids that works there walking back and forth frantically in and out the bathroom after my son took the weapon. I remember seeing a tall skinny light skin man maybe early twenties with shoulder length dread locks...and I thought it was odd bc he wasn't in Arby's clothing he was in a black hoodie and skinny jeans but I observed him walking in and out of the back area where food is made and in and out the bathroom door, I thought it was odd he kept frantically walking back into the cooking area into the bathroom, now it all makes sense. I'm appalled that I can't even take my child out to dinner without worry about who has a gun. I'm even more appalled at the disregard for human life it would take for someone to forget a loaded weapon in a bathroom. A child Amy younger might have accidently shot himself.
