I took the famous/infamous "hands on the table" scene from Attack (on) Titan 112 page 22 (or 21, depending on what piratecopy of the comic you use), multiplied Mikasa's thumbs using GIMP (it looks "a bit" primitive, I'm less than an amateur at this) and then used Memetic (iOS) to create the meme. It may be a derivative work, but 𝗱𝗶𝗱 create this meme, so I'd say it qualifies for the OC tag.
