Sonic should be able to use it in fights like shadow more often after SA2, but he literally only uses it when the plot needs him to like in 06.
I'd wanna see super Big to see what his abilties would be; that or Froggy consuming all 7 chaos emeralds (perfect lifeform Froggy, he's unfishable).
