One scenario I'm secretly hoping for: the success of Armored Core VI prompts FromSoft to greenlight a Metal Wolf Chaos 2 so people will also get a look at the company's less serious side. Devolver remastered Metal Wolf Chaos a couple years back thanks to the cult status it began racking up during the 2010s (I thank Super Best Friends Play for likely being a major cause of this newfound cult status), so the time feels right for it to get a sequel two decades later.

For anyone not aware of the glorious camp that is Metal Wolf Chaos, it is a mech action game FromSoft made for the OG Xbox that only released in Japan, so it never got much attention when it was new thanks to being exclusive to one region, and coming out on a console that wasn't that popular in said region to boot. But what made people fall in love with it is it's very over-the-top, tongue-in-cheek nature of being a game where you're playing as the President of the United States piloting a mech trying to retake the US after the vice president took over the White House following a coup. The VA was always in English so even people who don't know Japanese could sorta play the game with only minimal issue, though this further begs the question of why a game with only English VA and such a humorously American plot never came out anywhere besides Japan.
