We must work hard. 5 days week work culture would not be affordable for us. At least our 2-3 generations have to take hard efforts. The Founder of Infosys had correctly said that our youth should work 70 hrs per week. Work is life. So don't much bother about work life balance. But we may take long holidays once in a year after working tirelessly. If anyone work morning 9 am to 9 pm it will definitely not put any mark on your health. Have your healthy diet. Have some mornings walk and keep going.
