WHY IS THIS HERE?
Someone asked the world for it, specifically an IvvyDivvy on the forums, and given that I liked this show when I watched it many years ago, I saw fit to make something in response. So, because I am a lurking drifter who cannot and will not learn to embed images into forum threads, here it is with its own entry.

WHY IS IT UNFINISHED?
Got other things to do. Anyone who wants to can take it from here as they wish.

WHY THE WINGS?
Canonically to King of the Hill, angels have tiny wings. Exhibit: Buckley. I will not debate this, as I have not watched this show in over ten years.

WHY THE FENCE?
They're in an alley like the one in Arlen. It's like that big picket fence, but it's in heaven, so it's supposed to be ornate as per the gilded, gated American vision of heaven.

WHO ARE THOSE OTHERS?
Bug Gribble is Dale's father, who is here in case he happened to pass in the interim (David Herman is alive BTW) and is surprised either to see his son in heaven or the very cool friend he has with him.

Mark Buckley is still an angel, that don't mean he ain't still a bum.

Lady Bird was already the oldest and wisest of all the dogs back in the mid-2000s, I would be concerned if she somehow came back for the revival after nigh-20 years.

WHY THEY SAD??
They're watching over their loved ones…in Texas. Why wouldn't they worry? Luanne and Elroy have a daughter down there, John Redcorn only sees the country trading out love for hate and its government once again erasing his people's legacy, and all of Dale's wildest fantasies came true in ways he wasn't expecting.

Watching over or out for others isn't meant to be easy, or else you're not paying attention.
