Overlap the fame layers so that they are right on top of each other Now you can trace the pose and change the hairloutfit/flagletc to a different Hetalia nation, or just your own character. Notice that frame 7 and 8 are the same except the star on frame 8 is a little bigger and further out, so you don't have to redraw frame 8, just change the star Then color in everything except for the shirt, leave that transparent. Once you're done with that. Make a copy of each frame and flip it. Number the flipped frame 1, frame 9 and so on. When you animate it, just do it in the order of frame 1-16, that will create a loop.
