We need more Emperor's New Groove gifs and reaction faces! Now!

Now, now, let's not paint all of those against welfare as people sitting atop their skyscrapers, sipping their drinks, while watching the poor down below suffer. Most of them either believe that better economic prosperity for all comes from non-government interference or that society is better equipped through private charity to help those among them that are less fortunate, or a combination of those two notions.

Now I'm not saying they're right or wrong, but they DO care about the poor, they just disagree on methods.
