Mike's sibling or close childhood friend went to Freddy's for their birthday and got injured in the infamous Bite of '87 incident. Unable to find rest because of their tragic deaths, they now lash out at the living. After 6 days, they start regaining their humanity and, depending on your actions on day 7, they might be able to finally move on and find eternal rest. Phone guy was an accomplice during the original 5 murders. He was never caught or discovered by the police, but over the years the hallucinations spiral him into depression and bring him back to Freddy's. He grows suicidal and places very little alue on his own life. As the days drag on, he starts to feel a sense of hope in the player character that maybe he can put to rest the mistakes of his past. 12 RM He ends up crammed into the Chica suit hence the extra teeth.

It's been confirmed by the creator that the extra teeth are just part of the endoskeleton inside the suit.
