X Journalists would make claims of people like Anita Sarkeesian "playing video games all her life" when she openly admitted many times she is not a gamer and only starter recently (when it wasn't for an interview). Various developers trading sex or money for good reviews got exposed, journalists who accepted got exposed. People became a bit more critical about supporting a game just because the developer has a victim complex stating tat their game could have only failed because of sexism, instead of their own poor developing skills. What really sealed the deal was opposition often faking their own harassment. Anita sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn have been caught multiple times screenshotting "harassment" while showing that the harrasser's account name in the login. Or when someone called the police to help Sarkeesian against a "very real threat" she was posting about, only for police to find the harasser's messages were coming from her IP address. We work to create an amazing experience for our customers, for the gamers, and irn return we are branded as misogynists, fat, neck-bearded creeps by these so-called journalists'. Yes, almost all of us here in this studio are gamers We, on a personal level do NOT approve of these websites (which, at the end of the day, make money on our work) and their biased articles and lacking ethics. Note that this is not my company's official stance on this matter. Some developers from the industry have already made public remarks regarding this (hats off to you guys), but our company hasn't issued an official stance, and will most likely not do so any time soon. However, we are all with you. This needs to end now. Because game journalism, as we know it, is dead. Please do not engage in harassment by means of physical threats or other illicit ways. Not only is it illegal, but also shows a lack of reasoning and intellect on your behalf. Beat them with words and facts, not with doxes. Share this if you want, and keep fighting for the truth!

It's a logical fallacy called the the fallacy of relative privation. Besides the obvious hiding behind worse problems to deflect criticism, it implies that it's impossible to think about both problems at the same time or split time and resources towards both fronts (and didn't 4chan have their TFYC money go to cancer research? There goes his strawman!).
