It's a matter of taste of course, but the shape she had initially is in no way beneficial to her. I kind of hate how people defend being in that state just because some people seem to like it. It's not natural, you don't see indigenous people or people who are not part of western society living in fatness. It's not intended to be like this, it's not good. Being in shape has a reason that transcends "shallowness" or "being a materialist".
