Pokémon - Zinnia and Brendan Comic Issue 3

I don’t speak Japanese so this is what I think is happening:
Panel 1(Top right): Zinnia is telling Brendan that the genes of the people of Hoenn makes the people of Hoenn look good/cute.
Panel 2 (Top left): Brendan says something stupid, resulting in Zinnia hitting him.
Panel 3 (Under 2): Zinnia adds more to her gene speech (she is turning into Liquid snake).
Panel 4: (Bottom): Brendan now realise that the people of Hoenn look good/cute 90% of the time.

Ah, That explains why everyone's waifus are from Hoenn.
