Every scene with Iroh in it, pretty much all of the spirit world, The Sting episode, every scene with Bolin in it, Wong Shi Tong's library, Tenzin, Bumi, and Kya all hanging out, all the fights, all of Bumi's scenes, that giant Spirit Korra fight, eska & desna scenes.

Really season 2 was pretty good. It just suffered from pacing, an unnecessary love triangle, and a boring but blatantly evil villain. It got that all sorted out by episode 5.
