This is an online game called Babysitting Cream. You play as Sonic as Cream's mom has to leave for something urgent and hires you to be Cream's babysitter. While you babysit Cream, you can feed her, swim with her, play dolls with her, etc. However, what made this game…synonymous was that you could also touch Cream inappropriately and even shower with her naked if you can. It's essentially a morality game that goes to the extreme of immoral.
