Thats because you all don't get SNOW!
5 HOURS OF SNOW!
AND 2 HOURS OF RAIN.
AND 3 HOURS OF SLEET.
AND THEN 1 hour of normal sunshine.
AND THEN BACK TO SNOW FOR ANOTHER 7 HOURS.

On a seperate note, I'm a tad confused by this pic.
Are they trying to say that the west gets alot more rain than the east? (Which isn't true, since its mainly dry then BAM WASHINGTON and OREGON EVERYONE DROWNS)

People get melted snow falling from their skies? The world is so fuckin' weird, man.
