I know it's the joke that she's completely clueless, but I'm sure she would've had a basic understanding. She did love the planet and all the life on it, she probably learned how animals reproduced.

Though, I can imagine how that might cause some confusion…

"So, how long does your heat-cycle last? Are you in heat now?"

"Uh… W-what?"

"How many do you expect from a litter? And when will they start opening their eyes?"

"Greg Universe! G-Get over here!!"

…Anyone else want her to be a re-occurring character? I'd love to see her modern day and actually try to parent.
