Looking at the description for Intelligence, does this mean that we no longer have to drop points into it just to get a decent amount of skill points every level? I'd rather simply having to grind more than be at a disadvantage every level because I didn't put a lot into Intelligence. Hopefully, this means melee builds will be more viable.
