They live in groups with one female and a bunch of males, and when the female dies, one of the males becomes the new female. This is kind of based on that Alternate universe where humans only have one gender, but two main lifecycle stages stage A) Masculine, dominant. B is basically immobile, and so must be fed by the A's A's feed themselves normally (plant and animal material ingested orally). To become a B, the body of an A must receive specific hormonal signals from the bodies of the other, more dominant A's; if an A is injected with semen in both the mouth and the butt, he will become a B. The process usually occurs after a lengthy, loud (lots of grunting), 4-or-5-way wrestling match.
