Context :- Disco Inferno, a wrestler had a gimmick booked by notorious booker Vince Russo that he could put anything over(make it reach it's PEAKS of Popularity) . So he had a Duck Called Disqo. Steiner was Feuding with Goldberg and thus in a fit of anger beat the rubber duck , causing the videos. Announcer Tony Schiavone too joined in the fun.
