I encountered that video for the first time on Panache Digital Games' Discord Server (September 13th, 2020), in the memes channel. It was uncredited and reuploaded (and now deleted). Upon research, I found the original video from Paige Macky (August 3rd, 2020) (https://www.tiktok.com/@paigemacky/video/6856635581712076038), which is some kind of role playing thing… Paige Macky retweeted this version of the meme on her own Twitter account: https://twitter.com/Paigemackyy/status/1296866523219406849. Meme version uploaded by @MOONMOON_OW on August 21st, 2020. I did not verify whether @MOONMOON_OW is the creator.
