I'm afraid to go to DeviantArt to ask, but I'm looking for artist on this community because I need some new art of Cosmos and Eclipse Ophiuchus (both from Fairy Tail), but of course, Safe for work.

Every once in a while, threads appear where users are able to request artwork from the OP, although (to my knowledge) none are active at the moment.
Your best bet is probably the Drawing thread. It isn't for requests, but it might be worthwhile to ask a few of the artists who post there and see if they're willing to help.
