British Student avoids extradition to America

Remember Richard O’Dwyer? He became a big thing during the whole SOPA thing, due to the copyright laws, he was going to be brought over to America to be put on trial. Well it looks like he’s come to some sort of agreement. Now it seems he just has to pay a small fee and give undertakings to not infringe copyright laws again.
