Best free Photo editor that is virus free and legal.

Hey guys, been a while since ive been on and i wanted to finally share with you guys one of my favorite photo editors that is you can customize by downloading plugins and dropping them into the plugins folder.

The photo editor is very much like Adobe w/ out the $300 USD pricing and the large Mem hog like antics.

The program is called GIMP.

If you want to get it, go for the GIMP 2.6, its the most stable:

Lastly, yes, Windows 7’s mspaint is better, but, ultimately, is still mspaint and therefore automatically terrible.

Actually, I dont use inkscape. I use Paint Tool SAI
