As The Cheeto got Pwned by deadpool, Derpy Run into the cheeto and got his HP down to 0,
Deadpool bleeding on the ground has lost hope of beating derpy, he well seek a way to beat her one day, and the Cheeto as a god can never died, he just had his body too injured to use, Soon he well find a Greater Body to get Revenge with an Army of Cheetos to Defeat Drepy.

why not ditch the OC's and do a Hurt Heal of the regulars.

Using regular users would be worse than adding Ponies. It could get pretty personal.

Some users like Patrick and Kalmo would get 100HP in a few minutes, others like you and Thomas would get killed off before the first page. So we agreed not to do that back in Hurt/Heal 2
