Nope. There's no transfer of karma from one account to the next. If you want all of your karma together, you should just use one account.

and there is really no need to create a thread dedicated to this 'achievement'
seriously. If I did that, I would have 4 threads like this annoying people. If you want people to know that you have earned two hundred karma, just post it on your wall. I request a lock.
