So has anyone seen anything about this meme? It shows a scene from Dexter's Laboratory where he is looking up at a picture in his locker, and in different versions the picture is a different person.

A quick KYM search comes up with these examples:

I have seen other versions, including Sailor Moon, Helix Fossil, and Hitler.

Do you know anything about this, and if you do, do you think it deserves a page?

Definitely seen it around. the Exact scene is from Season 1 Episode 6: Dexter's Rival which aired in 1996.

Google seems to think it'st a Natalia Poklonskaya meme, but I know it was around before that.
