This lately I have noticed a passable number of pics of female Fox Mc. Cloud in Metroid Zero Suit.

While I don't dislike it, I'd like to know how it originated.
A friend of mine teorized that during a SSB4 match at E3, Fox and Zero Suit Samus overlapped and someone paused the moment when Fox's Head was on Samus's body.

Is that the case?

That looks more like some weird fetish or people drawing that for the lulz.
I have no idea where this is from, but that's creepy indeed.
