Nope, it's still in Submissions. I feel that it still needs a little more research for it to be confirmed (i.e. Who started it? Where did it start? Where did it spread? Etc.). Though, it IS a meme, I'm quite positive about that.

I was going to write it, but someone already made a submission a while after I posted this thread.
Is it okay if I make a more in-depth article even though there already is a submission?
