This image. This is probably the biggest mystery I've ever tried to uncover. It's a reaction image taken from the old Thomas the Tank Engine show and curiously enough I can't trace its origin on the internet, or who posted it. Could anybody shed some light on it? lol

Possibly from the livestream from user somecallmejohnny (youtube vid start at 25:40)

He was hosting the Sonic Hacking Contest 2014 by showcasing games via twitch (later uploaded to youtube) one hacked game he played was 'Sonic the Very Useful Engine' by VAdaPEGA. The game replaces music with the theme music from Thomas, faces were swapped with that of Thomas, and Dr. Eggaman/Ivo Robotnik with the conductor (top-hat guy).
He later revisited the game later in the video when the creator told him of a 'cheat code' which shows of an easter egg in the game (Sonic face swapped with that of Thomas)

He later to continue to play the game multiple times throughout the 5-day contest.
