Okay long story short: Hyperdimension Neptunia is a series of games involing the Console Wars, but with a "twist". The consoles (and some companies) are represented by girls.
Now the question is is there any memes from this game franchise (Cause I think that may be the one of if not the only requirement for a subculture page), or would I be better off asking about the games' devs (Compile Heart)?
