Ok, I looked up clever bot, and it should be a meme, I mean how could it not be, the dead pool is not the place for it…

sweatie killer, references to other internet memes alone cannot be considered as a sign of one. i can see how cleverbot can be fluent in memespeak through learning, but unless we're talking about a distinct culture within this site, it's little more than a cool website.
